Policies & Shipping

All shirts are designed in Maryland and we aim to create new content weekly. We partner with a third party to print 'DTG' (Direct to Garment) which ships apparel to your doorstep from either the NC or TX warehouse (except for international orders), depending on your shipping location. Due to its personalization and to reduce overproduction in bulk, all items are made-to-order. But don't worry! Production is quick.

Please take a moment to read the following prior to order:

• Apparel typically takes on average 3-5 business days to process, then ship out. 
• Items are shipped via USPS trackable mail. 
• We begin processing immediately upon placing an order, therefore, cancellations are not possible.
• Since items are made-to-order, returns or exchanges are not acceptable, but please reach out if you feel an item was defective and we will work with you to resolve as soon as possible.
• Please refer to the size charts for measurements. We use Bella+Canvas 6400 or Bella+Canvas 3001 for t-shirts, Next Level 6733 for tank tops, Bella+Canvas 3501 for long-sleeve t-shirts, and Gildan 18000 or Gildan 185000 for sweatshirts. Depending on the brand, please size up for an oversized look.
• Colors may vary slightly due to different screen resolutions and human eye variances. 
• Shipment delays or losses are the responsibility of the postal carrier - please reach out to them regarding any issues first.
