Policies & Shipping

All apparel is personally designed in Maryland and I aim to create new content weekly. I partner with a third party to fulfill and ship all orders from North Carolina. Due to its personalization and to reduce overproduction in bulk, all items are made-to-order. 

Please take a moment to read the following prior to order:

• Apparel typically takes on average 3-5 business days to process, then ship out. 
• Items are shipped via USPS trackable mail. 
• We begin processing immediately upon placing an order, therefore, cancellations are not possible.
• Since items are made-to-order, I do not offer returns or exchanges, but please reach out if you feel an item was defective and I/my partners will work with you to resolve as soon as possible.
• Please refer to the size charts for measurements. Short Sleeve T-Shirts are meant to be fitted so please size up if you prefer a more oversized look.  I use Bella+Canvas 6400 for t-shirts and Next Level 6733 for tank tops.
• Colors may vary slightly due to different screen resolutions and human eye variances. 
• Shipment delays or losses are the responsibility of the postal carrier - please reach out to them regarding any issues first.
